Brook’s Ticket Management System, not only tracks the life of a ticket from creation, or auto dispatch to closure, but also completes a full 360 degree purchase order process and supplier evaluation. The system makes full use of today’s mobile applications allowing the fields technician to use their mobile device as a tool. They can check-in / check-out at a site; upload photos of damaged equipment; view open tickets in their area; view service history; and chat securely back and forth with supplier, project manager or other field technician on various topics.
The 360 degree evaluation is weighted and measured in such a way to allow unbiased review of work performed. This information is then used by other users of the system when selecting a vendor in a specific area. It also helps the tool intelligently decide what vendors to use when auto-dispatching a ticket.
Various levels of access give administrators performance evaluation of users in the tool, how many tickets claimed and processes, or aged amongst other features.
